Camp Description: Windsor is a historic royal town on the River Thames, just west of London and directly opposite Eton. Dominated by Windsor Castle – the oldest and largest inhabited castle in the world – the town offers a safe, picturesque setting with cobbled streets, riverside walks, shops, cafés and easy transport links, making it an ideal location for an international summer camp.
Across the pedestrian bridge from Windsor lies Eton College, where campers train and live within one of the UK’s most impressive school sports environments. The campus includes around 50 tennis courts, extensive pitches and a 2 km rowing lake at nearby Dorney, alongside the award-winning Sports & Aquatics Centre with a 25 m indoor pool and four-court multi-purpose sports hall. Together, Windsor and Eton provide a unique combination of world-class facilities and a compact, walkable setting that supports structured training, supervised freedom and rich cultural experiences.
