HEALTH BENEFITS OF TENNIS & WHM

Wim Hof harnesses the revolutionary principles of breathwork, cold exposure, and mindset training to unlock your body’s natural potential. Inspired by the methods of pioneering endurance expert Wim Hof, our Wim Hof program teaches you how to:

  • Breathe with Purpose: Through structured breathing techniques, you’ll flood your system with oxygen, sharpen mental clarity, and cultivate resilience against stress.

  • Embrace the Cold: Guided cold-water immersions and contrast therapies supercharge recovery, reduce inflammation, and train your nervous system to thrive under pressure.

  • Cultivate Inner Power: By confronting controlled discomfort, you build confidence, deepen mind–body connection, and tap into a wellspring of calm determination.

Whether you’re an athlete aiming for peak performance or simply seeking greater health and mental balance, Wim Hof gives you the tools to elevate every aspect of your life in which goes beyond the boundaries of comfort, into the realm of true possibility.

I have trained across Canada and Europe, and I bring a rare blend of craft and care as a chef. After working in restaurants throughout Canada, I've refined my pastry and kitchen skills in Barcelona and continued advanced training at the Lenôtre School (France), the National Institute of Bakery & Pastry, and specialist courses in Italy. My philosophy is simple: cook with the seasons, source locally, and create food that is both deeply nourishing and genuinely delicious.

Chef-Led Dining experience

Food is a pillar of Pulse & Play. Our retreat chef prepares every meal from seasonal, local ingredients, made from scratch, to restore energy, steady the mind, and bring people together. Come hungry; leave recharged.

The Dining Experience

Meals at Pulse & Play are designed to comfort, energise, and connect.

Expect thoughtful plates built around the healthy ideology, prepared entirely from scratch, with balanced flavours and textures that leave you feeling light, satisfied, and ready for the day’s rhythm.

Every service is an invitation to slow down, share good conversation, and refuel both body and soul.

“For me, the hardest part wasn’t burnout. It was loneliness. Even though I was surrounded by people in my daily life, I felt unseen. At the retreat, I met strangers who quickly became friends, because we were all searching for something similar: balance, joy, connection. Regina and Jenny held the space with such care that I finally felt safe to open up. I went home feeling a bit more rested and reconnected, both to others and to myself.”
