Applies to every PTI Retreat, regardless of location or venue.

By acknowledging at checkout and completing your booking, you confirm you have read and accept this policy. This online acknowledgement replaces a physical signature. Participant contact and emergency details are collected in a separate form/field.

1. Who Can Attend

Unless a retreat page states otherwise, participants must be 18+.
If a retreat explicitly admits minors, a parent/legal guardian must book and consent on the minor’s behalf and may be required to accompany them.

2. What’s Included / Not Included

Included: the program described on the retreat page (e.g., coaching, workshops, scheduled activities), accommodation category selected, and meals/snacks if listed as included.
Not included: travel to/from the venue, visas, insurance, personal expenses, tennis equipment (racquet and tennis shoes), optional excursions, and anything not expressly listed as included.

3. Health, Fitness & Safety (Read Carefully)

You confirm you are fit to participate in physical activity (tennis, mobility/conditioning), breathwork, and cold-exposure practices as applicable.
You agree to consult a qualified medical professional before booking if you have any health concerns.
Contraindications may include pregnancy, epilepsy, Raynaud’s syndrome Type II, severe cardiovascular disease (e.g., angina, heart failure, prior stroke), severe hypertension, kidney failure, or any condition your clinician advises against.
You must inform PTI in advance of medical conditions, injuries, allergies (including food), or medications and provide any care plans (e.g., for asthma, anaphylaxis).
Do not participate under the influence of alcohol or drugs. PTI/coaches may refuse participation if safety is at risk.
You consent to basic first aid and emergency assistance; related costs are your responsibility unless required by law.
You accept that sport and wellness activities carry inherent risks. PTI will take reasonable precautions, but PTI is not liable for injury/health issues unless due to proven negligence.

4. Booking & Payments

Payment plans (optional): Contact us to arrange an instalment plan, and you agree to the stated milestones. Missed/late payments may result in cancellation with loss of the payment and any non-recoverable costs already incurred.
Prices are shown in Swiss Francs (CHF); bank fees are your responsibility.
Your room type is confirmed only upon successful full payment and written confirmation.

5. Rooming, Changes & Transfers

Private Room: has a double bed that can be shared with family or friends. Due to limited availability, it will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
Shared rooms: You may request a roommate; otherwise, we’ll attempt to match by gender where possible. If your roommate cancels, you may need to:
- Pay the single supplement, or
- Accept an alternative rooming solution.

6. Cancellation, No-Show & Refunds (IMPORTANT)

To respect limited spaces and cover committed venue/staff costs:

You cancel 60+ days before start: full refund minus any bank fees.
You cancel 31–59 days before start: 50% of the total retreat fee is refundable (bank fees excluded).
You cancel 15–30 days before start: 25% of the total retreat fee is refundable (bank fees excluded).
You cancel 14 days or less before the start or no-show, you will not receive a refund (unless you can fill the spot).

Early departure/late arrival: no refund.
By booking, you authorise PTI to charge the payment method on file following this policy.
To cancel, use your account or email the address on your confirmation. The system timestamp determines the window.

7. PTI Changes, Minimum Numbers & Force Majeure

Retreats may require a minimum number of participants. If not met, PTI may reschedule, merge groups, or cancel.
PTI may adjust schedules, activities, coaches, or venues (e.g., weather, facility rules) while delivering a comparable experience.
If PTI cancels for reasons within our control, you receive a full refund of fees paid (including bank fees).
Force majeure (e.g., natural disaster, epidemic, government action, strike, severe weather): PTI will offer a date change or credit minus non-recoverable third-party costs already committed. PTI is not responsible for travel or other external costs; please obtain comprehensive travel insurance.

8. Travel Documents & Insurance

You are responsible for obtaining passports, visas, and vaccinations, as well as complying with local laws.
Travel/medical insurance with trip cancellation & medical evacuation coverage is strongly recommended.

9. Food, Allergies & Special Diets

We are happy to accommodate dietary requirements as carefully listed on your registration form.
Kitchens/venues will carefully handle common allergens; zero cross-contamination cannot be guaranteed. Participants with severe allergies must bring appropriate medication and inform staff on arrival.

10. Venue & Conduct

Respect venue rules, quiet hours, roommates, neighbours, and local customs.
No smoking in rooms or indoor spaces; alcohol use must be responsible and is not permitted before breathwork, cold-exposure sessions or any physical activities.
You are responsible for damage or excessive cleaning costs you cause, which will be invoiced at the end of the retreat.

11. Photo & Video Consent

PTI may capture photos/short videos for coaching feedback and promotional use.
If you prefer the participant not to appear, notify us in writing before the session and tell the coach on arrival; we’ll respect your preference.

12. Data & Privacy

We collect only the data needed to run safe, quality sessions and manage bookings. Data is handled in line with applicable laws and PTI’s Privacy Notice.

13. Complaints

Please raise any issues with the retreat lead immediately so we can help.
If unresolved, email admin@peaktennisinternational.com within 7 days of the retreat’s end; we’ll respond in writing.

14. Liability, Governing Law

Except where prohibited by law, PTI’s total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the retreat. PTI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g., travel costs).
This policy is governed by Swiss law (PTI’s headquarters), without prejudice to mandatory local consumer protections at the retreat location.

15. AGREEMENT

By completing the online booking, you agree to this Retreat's Booking & Participation Policy., including the Health & Cancellation/No-Show provisions, and you authorise applicable charges.
