An Invitation from our Retreat Founders

Our mutual love for tennis and life itself brought us together. Sports and mindfulness are beautiful combinations for a holistic approach to mind, body, and soul.


This is why we created Pulse & Play as a wellness event series. This marks our very first multi-day retreat - AUSTRIA EDITION. From that, more personalised retreats were added to cater to different needs and expectations. We can spend four days with us in discrete luxury alpine lodges in southern Austria, near Regina’s origins, with the most stunning views at 1400m or a weekend in Leysin, Switzerland, named as the Oxygen of Alpes location.

Surrounded by beautiful nature, you will learn to take care of your heart health through guided tennis, breath-work, heat & cold exposure and yoga sessions — welcoming all levels.

Get spoiled with wellness amenities exclusively for us, like infinity whirlpool, rustic Finnish wood-burning sauna, cold plunge and delicious food exquisitely prepared by our local retreat Chef Liliya.
