Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be granted for products, services, and programs purchased through Peak Tennis International (“PTI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) via https://www.peaktennisinternational.com (“the Site”).
By purchasing or booking through our Site, you acknowledge and accept this Refund Policy.
1. Camp Programs (Austria and Switzerland)
1.1 General Refund Policy

Except as expressly provided below, no refunds will be granted in the event of cancellation or for any other reason once payment has been made and your place has been confirmed.
1.2 Force Majeure
No refunds shall be issued for cancellations caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, pandemics, or government restrictions. In exceptional circumstances, PTI may, at its sole discretion, offer a partial or full refund based on the nature of the event and supporting documentation provided.
1.3 Extraordinary Medical Circumstances
If a Participant is unable to attend a Camp due to severe medical conditions (e.g. hospitalisation, acute illness, or newly diagnosed conditions that pose a risk to the participant or others), a refund may be granted as follows:

Full Refund – If cancellation occurs at least 2 weeks before the camp start date.

50% Refund – If cancellation occurs 1 to 2 weeks before the camp start date.

No Refund – If cancellation is made less than 1 week before the start of camp.
All medical-related refund requests must:

Be submitted in writing

Include valid medical documentation

Be subject to PTI’s sole review and final approval
1.4 Partial Attendance
No refunds or reductions are granted for:

Late arrivals
-
Early departures
-
Missed camp days or activities
Unless explicitly approved in writing under extraordinary medical grounds.
1.5 Cancellation by PTI
If PTI cancels a camp for any reason other than force majeure, all fees paid by the Parent/Guardian will be refunded in full. PTI is not liable for any travel or accommodation costs incurred.
2. Other Services (e.g., Coaching, Consultations, Online Training)
All bookings for services other than camp programs are non-refundable once confirmed and paid.
An exception is granted only in cases of:

Certified medical emergencies preventing participation

Supporting documentation is required and must be submitted within 5 business days of cancellation
PTI reserves the right to evaluate medical refund requests on a case-by-case basis and to make a final decision at its sole discretion.
3. Apparel and Physical Products
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please review the return terms below:
3.1 Return Window

Items must be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery.

The product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags.
3.2 Non-Returnable Items

Custom-designed or personalised items

Items marked as final sale or clearance
3.3 Return Conditions

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

Once received and inspected, approved returns will be refunded via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
