We currently ship to most European countries, North America, and selected locations in Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. If your country is not listed at checkout or you’re unsure whether we can deliver to your location, please contact our team, and we’ll be happy to assist.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Standard delivery within Switzerland typically takes 2–5 business days. For international orders, delivery times may range between 7 and 15 business days, depending on customs and local courier services. Expedited shipping options may be available for certain countries.
From time to time, we offer free shipping promotions based on order value or destination. If free shipping is available, it will automatically apply at checkout. Be sure to subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated on current offers.
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can use this to monitor your delivery status at any time.

No. You can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to view your order history, save shipping addresses, and speed up future purchases.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Once shipped, we are unable to cancel or modify orders.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will refund your original payment method once your return is approved and received. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your order. Include a photo and a description of the issue so we can resolve it promptly, either by replacing the item or refunding your purchase.
Yes. Each product page includes a size chart or fit guide to help you choose the correct size. If you’re in doubt between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort, or contacting our team for personal advice.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately.

Yes! We offer both digital gift cards and limited-time discount codes. Gift cards can be purchased online and delivered via email. Promo codes should be entered at checkout. Unless otherwise specified, only one discount code can be applied per order.
Yes. Selected items from our shop (such as PTI-branded gear and apparel) are also available for purchase at our camps in Switzerland and Austria. Kids can try items in person, and parents can add purchases and pay on-site.
We focus on quality, durability, and comfort. Most of our apparel is made with breathable, stretch-friendly materials suitable for sports and everyday use. Product composition is listed in each item’s description. Please check the product details before purchasing if you have fabric allergies or sensitivities.
We are actively working to increase our range of sustainable products and packaging. Look for the “eco” label on selected items, and check our product descriptions for details about recycled materials, ethical sourcing, or biodegradable packaging.
For orders within Switzerland, VAT is included in the listed price. Local customs duties or taxes may apply to international orders and are the buyer's responsibility. These fees vary by country and are not controlled or collected by PTI.
