The retreat is facilitated by Regina, the founder of Peak Tennis International, alongside Jenny Quénard, a certified Wim Hof Method instructor and ex-tennis player. Together, they offer extensive expertise in sports, wellness, and personal growth.
The retreat takes place in southern Austria, near Graz, at an altitude of 1,400 meters. Participants will stay in a beautifully renovated 300+ year-old alpine lodge, offering stunning views and exclusive wellness amenities.
No prior experience is necessary. All activities are designed to accommodate beginners and can be tailored to individual comfort levels. An open and curious mindset is all that’s required.
Yes, the retreat welcomes individuals of all fitness levels and ages. Activities are adaptable to ensure everyone can participate comfortably and safely.
Participation in activities is encouraged but not mandatory. We respect individual choices and comfort levels, allowing you to engage in a way that feels right for you.
While the retreat is designed for general wellness, certain conditions may require caution. We advise against participation for individuals who are pregnant, have epilepsy, or suffer from Raynaud’s Type II. Those with heart conditions or other serious health concerns should consult a medical professional before attending.
Safety is a top priority. All activities are conducted under professional supervision, with adaptations made as needed. Emergency protocols are in place, and facilitators are trained to handle various situations.
Yes, shuttle transfers to and from Klagenfurt train station are included. Meeting time will be confirmed upon registration. All transportation during the retreat days is included.
A detailed packing list will be provided closer to the retreat date. Essential items include comfortable activity clothing, tennis gear (racquets can be rented on-site), appropriate footwear, swimwear for spa facilities, and personal items.
The lodge features a private yoga room, spa facilities including a whirlpool and sauna, and cosy communal spaces. All meals are prepared by our private local chef, offering delicious and nutritious options.

Yes, the schedule includes free time for personal relaxation, exploration, or rest. We believe in balancing structured activities with personal downtime.
Our private chef prepares meals catering to various dietary preferences, including vegetarian and meat options. Please inform us of any allergies or specific dietary requirements upon registration.
Your spot is only confirmed once we receive your deposit or full payment. Space is limited, so we encourage early booking.
To reserve your place, you can either:

Opt for a payment plan:
Payment #1: 30% non-refundable deposit
Payment #2: 30% due mid-way between first payment and last
Payment #3: 40% due two weeks before the commence of the program.
All prices are listed in CHF. You can pay using major credit cards, bank transfers, or other methods accepted via our payment system. Your provider handles currency conversion.
Until 1 month before the commence of the program: 70% refund (minus bank charges)
2 weeks before the commence of the program: 30% refund (minus bank charges)
1 week before the commence of the program: No refunds available
Fluency in English is not required. We can provide translations in French and German to ensure all participants feel comfortable and included.
While not mandatory, we strongly recommend obtaining travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and travel disruptions.
It depends on your nationality. Citizens of the EU/EEA and many other countries do not need a visa for short stays (up to 90 days). If unsure, please check the official Austrian visa requirements or contact your local embassy.
If you experience delays, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to arrange alternative transportation which may include surcharges.
Yes, you’re welcome to arrive earlier or extend your stay. While our package only includes the retreat dates, we can assist with local accommodations or activities recommendations.
Yes, the retreat lodge has Wi-Fi access. However, we encourage participants to disconnect when possible and fully embrace the retreat experience.
The retreat is within driving distance of medical services. We have protocols in place in case of emergencies. We strongly recommend bringing personal medications and travel insurance covering health care abroad.
Expect chilly but refreshing mountain air, with temperatures ranging between 5°C and 15°C during the day. Pack warm layers, especially for early mornings and cold exposure sessions.
We keep our group size small (typically 8–12 people) to ensure a personalised, intimate experience and allow for one-on-one guidance.
